# The Cycle Method™

> The Cycle Method™ is a leadership and self-awareness methodology that turns the menstrual cycle into a strategic asset for individuals and businesses. Founded by Carmen Amador Barreiro (Business Psychologist, BSc & MSc UCL, 300+ research citations), it blends psychology, womb healing and cyclical intelligence into training, talks, workshops, a planner app and a private community.

The Cycle Method™ helps menstruators understand how their hormones shape focus, energy, decision-making and leadership across the four phases of the cycle (mapped to a CEO / CIO / CMO / COO framework), and helps businesses turn that intelligence into culture, performance and wellbeing strategy. Core offerings include a free diagnostic quiz, a £27 one-time Planner app, The Method (12-week certification), a private Collective community, 1:1 womb awakening sessions, a 12-week executive Chief Cycle Officer cohort and B2B talks/workshops.
